2021 Le Blanc

Wow, what a remarkable growing season this was! 2021 was quite possibly the most stable vintage to navigate in the vineyards. Spring thawed out of a very cold end to 2020, however once bloom arrived it was easy street all the way to the end. We had some heat spikes but the vines held strong and continued their progression through final stages and into September.

Winemakers Notes
The 2021 Le Blanc is pure sunshine in a glass, any time of year. On the approach, notes of tropical fruit such as papaya, fresh pineapple and passion fruit present itself to spark intrigue. This wine drifts over your taste buds with a dancing purity of fruit while maintaining balance of weight and racy acidity. Subtle nuances of lemon curd and guava finish with just a distant kiss of French vanilla.

Composition – 100% Sauvignon Blanc, nurtured and raised in 3 French Oak Puncheons. **Unfined and unfiltered**
